Why every one has such a passion for this great sport! A few years back I bought a GT Avalanche 3.0 and always said I wanted to go out on the trails. Well this year I held true to the word and yesterday I took my first ride. With in the first ½ mile all I could think was how much I’ve been missing out on, from the climbs I wanted to get off and walk up but talked myself through to the rush of flying down the hill that I thought I was going to die climbing. I loved every minute of it!

Now I’m hooked and can’t wait to get back out there!

Hello, my name is Mike, and I'm a bikeaholic. :)

Welcome to the club. It's definitely one of the healthier addictions to have.

Maybe the forums should be changed to MTBA. :p
