Just learned to do this. Started the program yesterday. Already I have ridden 6 times more than usual in no time. I still have some flaws but I am new to the program.

Sony Vegas Pro 8. I got the program wednesday. This was my first attempt at cloning. Watched a tutorial on cloning on youtube. Used an old video clip that was already on my computer. It took about 1 1/2 hours of watching the tutorial and editing the clip, total. Very easy.

Next time, I will record a clip with the sole intention of cloning it, to get the flaws out.

The tutorial was based on Sony Vegas Pro 7, which can obviously do it too. I don't think version 6 can do it but may be wrong. Just make sure it has the ability to mask.
