While looking for the larry tire on QBP i stumbled across this,

Surly
Surly Endomorph 26 x 3.7" Tire,120tpi, Black/Black Skinwall

it's out of stock, but the 60tpi is in stock...Hmmm

could this be the foldable lighter version?

If I recall correctly (Interbike, lotso info, short digestion period...), the higher TPI casing is the new standard. It'll make the tires more stable material wise, at lower pressures. I blew a belt myself, so this is a good thing! It's what they used on the Larry, and will now be in the Endo as well. As for folding? Don't think so, I don't recall the Larry being foldable either....
