How true to size are Hutchinson (UST) tires? I'm getting ready to set up my first tubeless wheelset, and the Barracudas look like they might be good.

They are true to size. Barracuda 2.3 is much wider then 2.35 Maxxis for example.
If you plan to use Barracudas as front tires, you will love them - I sure do mine !

I don't have calipers to measure all of my tires, but I have found Hutchinsons to have good (high) volume when compared to maxxis and continental.

I had Pirahna's which came with the bike. They worked fine but didn't last as long as I thought they should. Size wise they were spot on.
