I have a 4 Hutchinson spiders non tubeless.All new.

I used to run the hutchinson spiders ust on my American classic wheel set with the stans ust conversion. I like them.No problems.

Has anyone tried running the tubed hutchinson spiders tubeless?

Is this going to be fraught with danger if I run the the tube version tubeless?

Hutchinson tires are on the "Do Not Use" list on Stan's Website due to weak beads...I'd take that with more than a grain of salt myself

I'm saying it shouldn't be done, but not saying it can't be done;)
I've ran non ust kevlar 2.1 and wire bead 2.3 spiders tubeless no problem. The wire beads came to me folded so they were a real biatch to seat. I don't pump a tire pass 45 psi and never had a sidewall bulge from spiders or nevegals in 9 years of being tubeless, michelins on the other hand are a different story. Of course ymmv.
