I was thinking on upgrading my fork on my 2008 Heckler. Was looking at talas and lyrik but they are a bit too pricey . I think Marzocchi 2009 ATA fits the bill, I know in 2008 they had a lot of problems with the reliability. What about the 09 models ????

Pretty early to tell reliability on the 09 stuff. Personally I would let someone else be the guinea pig.........

That person trying it first would be me...

I've had the 2009 66 ATA for about two weeks. It's been abused a little, but not enough to get a good idea of long term reliability. Initially it seems they've fixed the axle and travel wind down issues. There is still a little play in the bushings but unless it gets worse it shouldn't be an issue.
