Sign up & go race. You want to have fun racing, if possible walk the course the day beffor. Get in as many practice runs to learn the terrain but dont wear yourself out, you need your energy for the race. Pleanty of fluids, Cytomax is awesome beffor & after. Eat protein the night beffor, great for muscles. :thumbsup:
