How to service a Giant SXC 32 air fork?

I've tried contacting Giant about this same issue and spoken to my dealer. Service on the forks is only offered through the dealer and both have refused to sell parts. I question, given recent right-to-repair laws, if this is legal.

I was able to reach out to a service technician who sent me the repair manual,

In it you should find parts numbers, torque specs and detailed repair tutorials with photos.
