With some clever arrangement of sockets/ other sturdy hollow round objects, you can use a bench vise to press things out. The basic strategy is to have one socket with an ID slightly larger than the OD of the bearing, and another with an OD slightly smaller than the OD of the bearing. You use the smaller socket to press the bearing into the larger one.
