Well, im on my first bike build, and I have shimano deore xt hubs and am going to buy shimano xt 8 speed cassette....1st question: Will these be compatible with each other? 2nd question:How do I install it? I think i bought the right ...Sette torx st-126-1a cassette remover with guide pin. 3rd question:Is it the right tool?

Yes, it is. Some really old Shimano cassettes had the last (smallest) cog as the lockring, which requires that you use two chain whips to remove the cassette (installation is as simple as hand tightening the lockring and putting the wheel on the bike and riding the bike in front of the house, using the chain and your legs to tighten it). More than likely, you will not encounter one of these and they are easy to identify as they have twisted teeth on the cogs instead of the straight teeth and ramps of modern cassettes.
