Ok,
So I want to paint my forks, but I need to take them apart.
I have it all off of the frame, I just need to know how to take the fork tubes out of the lower tubes...
the fork is a RS Judy TT
it's a really basic fork: not an oil or air fork. just a spring.
any help is appreciated.

Oh,
I already removed the screw/plug things onto if the fork, and pulled out the spring.
