Theres a little black plug just between...and abit up(about .25" maybe)the 2 shifter levers on each shifter. Takes a flat or phillips head. Use the trigger lever to take all the tension out of the pod(fastest smallest cog in the back if its the RD cable)and that will line everything up inside all ready for the cable to come out of the hole. When you take that plug off, you see the end of the cable. Just push from the other side(obviously you need to have the cable housing off by then, working from the back forward)using the cable, and it will come out of the hole towards your face if your facing the hole. Afterward, just slide the new one in, and replace da plug. Bam! your in business. Easy as pie.
