Hi there,

I'm going on a week long trip to Les Gets and I may not bring a spare tyre as I am too late to order one before I leave.

In the case that I do rip a tyre while I'm there (probably!), how much can I expect to pay for a spare (eg. minion/magic-mary/vigilante etc.) in Les Gets?

Also, what bike shops there sell tyres? I might give them a call.

I would expect to pay full retail / list price in euros which can easily be found on most manufacturer websites.

Why don't you just buy one at your local store and take it with you as your spare?

I have no room for tyres in current baggage, however, it just occured to me that I could stop off in Geneva for a day or two so I might be able to visit a bike store there before getting to Les Gets.

Oh okay. Your first post said you don't have time to order one so I figured you could just go buy one locally....any tire as a spare is better than no tire at all. Even if it isn't your preferred tire that you didn't have time to order.
