Just was wondering, what is the utimate knee bend on your power stoke in you legs ? I measured mostly the fast way by bringing my seat close to my hip bone, but I notice when watching tv, the pro cyclists have a litle more knee bend. I might have the same but it does not feel like it. I have a slight knee bend. Fitting would be the right thing to do, but just want to do the self fast way. And can you take pressure of your hands by moving the seat back or more forward ? Or it is probally a core thing which I was told once before.
