I just bought a new Giant XTC 29 er and counted 23 times the "Giant" name appears on the bike.
Thats only counting "Giant".
The two categories of competition:
1. Different manufacturers.
2. Total number of logos.
First prize will be a cashiers check for absolutely nothing.
Second prize gets half of first prize.

With Giant, don't they make components now? So that would add, lets say, 2 x seatpost, 2 x stem, 2 x handlber, 2 x saddle. Maybe grips? Hubs?

Well, my bike is pretty much stock... I'm not counting the word "Shimano" on the pedals.... There are two KHS logos on the downtube, two Alite 300 logos (name of the bike) on the top tube... and I'm pretty sure that's it (going off memory here)

I like having a clean frame. :thumbsup:

Edit: One badge on the headtube! But that's ok, because it's a matte black frame and the small white logos are pretty damn badass.

23 times is a bit crazy though. lol

Giant has to be one of the worst offendors with blatently pimping out their bikes with their logo. Trek has to be a close second.

Maybe the advent of all of these generic carbon frames they feel they need to differentiate themselves somehow?

we have a giant in for service right now, I'm going to count and see how many it has today.

4 very small "transition bike co" stickers. one on ea. side of the downtube by the bb and 1 ea. on the inside of the chainstays. stealth. there are FCK CNCR logos on my flat pedals though. love my tr.s cuz the stickers are removable. slap on a new colorway and it almost feels like a new bike!
