Mine are completely oxidized. Its like the they are not clear coated or anything. Emailing them but was wondering if I am the only one?

Nope, Mine did it too.

Got my warranty black crankset in a couple of days. Guess they had a problem with the anodozation (sp.) process. Sure looked good when new though.....
