I made an order for a XM 719 Mavic rim, Hope XC disc front hub. I went to their store to get it, and asked the guy about spokes when I was there. He told me 261s. Well, I get home and the 261's dont even come close. Also out of the 32 spokes, 4 were 1 cm shorter than the rest.

I ask some questions here and find out that I need two sizes of spokes, 260s and 263s.

Anyway, how well does Jenson do with returns like this?

You should be fine

From the looks of their return policy, you have 30 days to return the product so long as it was not installed and has the original packaging.

Jenson let me return/exchange a fork I bought from them after 45days, well over their 30 days policy! The fork was still brand new in the box and was never installed. I did peel off the protective stickers.. but there was no hassle at all, not even a restocking fee or anything!

I would have been fine if they asked for a restocking fee or if they said they couldn't do it because it was beyond 30days. This is just one example of their service. Just don't go abuse it and/or expect they'll let you do the same... =p

They are really cool guys and I'm sure you'll have no problem with the return.

Looks like they want to give me store credit......

The bad thing about the spokes is that they got a bit bent in the install. Of course I had to install them before I found out they were the wrong ones......
