Very easy really, click on upload images then
click on browse to find where you have your picture, upload it. When is done the browse window will open again, but you will see the name of the picture that you just uploaded, if you are done close the window, keep writting or whatever and then post your message. Oh make aure that your file(pic) is less than 190k, if you did it right the little icon pic will appear telling yuou the picture size.
