I need a 12mm hub and all I have is an old Outlaw with blown out bearings. So I need to replace them.

I briefly tried a socket and hammer with not luck.... so If any of you know how to get them out, post up.

Best solution is to bring it to your shop. You can fab up a little bearing remover, but since the bearings are trashed anyways, you can really just jam the end of an allen key against the bearing race and give it a couple good taps.

It's pressing it in that you need to be careful with. I would use a bearing press. Or a threaded axle, a couple washers, and some nuts. Make sure those new bearings go in nice and square.
