Thanks mtn! Didn't see that PM right away. I am new. Anyway are they gonna get pissed when a customer calls up? Why no contact info on their site. Anyway I have some questions for them
Nah they have a customer service line so there should be someone there to help you. Its weird that they dont have their phone number on the site. It was the first place I looked when I was loking for a number.

*edit* I found a site with a list of all bike mfg numbers while looking for giant's contact number. Giant's number is on there as well.

Giant tries to drive all customer service issues through their distributors. I have found that my shop, Performance Bike, is great at navigating Giant on my behalf. If you work within Giant's model of working with your LBS, you should end up happy. Example: I damaged my NRS frame. Performance negotiated with Giant and through Performance, Giant offered either a new NRS frame or a VT1 frame. I was not sure what I wanted and Performance set up a time where I could come down to the shop and chat with the Giant rep about the bikes. (I settled on a new VT 1 frame. Giant replaced at no cost)
