I've run M4s in the past with two-piece Hope rotors. Recently got a set of older Mono Mini (gold outer) brakes without rotors. I need 160 rear and 180 front (converting to PM) rotors. The Hopes are hard to find and expensive. Can other brand rotors be used just as effectively? Thanks.

you can use just about any rotor you would like.
