I have a set of Hope Mini X2's and they are great however the front brake always ends up rubbing on a pad. I can set it perfectly without noise and then ride it and the noise is back. They are torqued down, not sure if it is those chitty washers they use but it always ends up rubbing. The rear is solid never had an issue, however the front is a another story.

Any of you men and woman have had this problem and found a solution.

I have never had this on my other brakes normally you just set it and forget it.

when you tighten/torque down, do so gradually. Such that you snug them down by hand. Then you set your torque wrench to 50% of required torque. Torque the two bolts, and go back and torque again at 100% for each bolt. That will prevent the caliper from moving while you tighten down the bolts. Also I too noticed the washers had a burr. I used a small file to remove the burr.
