What bore cap tools do I need for a hope e4 caliper? I have a sticky piston and I am going to try and get it moving but I would like to rebuild the caliper in the future.

If you are careful you can use one of these - https://www.parktool.com/product/adjusting-cap-tool-bbt-10-2
A bit of teflon tape can help to give a bit more grip.
Used one of these, a bit older than the link, to open the bore caps on a set of e4 calipers last year.
Worked fine, the tool for E4/V4 was hard to find at the time IIRC.
