I need to get a set of those copper washers that go around the banjo fittings. I had to poach the ones off my old brakes to make some newer brakes work, and now I need to sell my old brakes. I tried home depot, but no luck there. I would think it shouldn't be too hard a thing to find a 5mm ID copper washer, but so far I'm out of ideas.

Somebody oughta sell them... hydraulic supply places? They usually don't deal in hoses this small... but somebody like that, maybe. All the bike shops around here don't stock them.

I supposed I could order them from Jenson for $7 and pay $7 freight if I can't find them locally, but that seems a little spendy for 4 copper washers.

Check a moto dealership or shop most parts departments have a bin with copper washers, if the parts dept cant help check with the techs in service. Euro bikes use allot of copper washers like BMW. :thumbsup:

but they were the wrong size. Dunno how that was possible, but they were too small. I hate to bug them again, but maybe that is the thing to do.
