Hoo Koo E Koo rear disc adapter

I have a question for a friend. He has an older Hoo Koo E Koo frame and wants to put a rear disc brake on it. The frame has a weird mount though...two holes straight up and down on the rear chain stay, oposite side from the chain. I have done some research and have not been able to find any adapters.

Any thoughts? Attached is a picture.

Thanks in advance for any help.

What year is that?
Somewhen a while back I posted pics of the adapter mount on my 2003 Big Sur.
The 2002 HKEK was the same. One of my buds had one. Both use the standardized (at that time) Trek mount.
Archer,
I am not sure what year it is...not sure he knows either. Based on the components I would say probably early 2000 sometime.

Based on your information I did a little mopre research and found this...I think this is what he needs.

Thanks again for the help,
Bryan

I had a 2001 HKEK which this bike is. The holes are for a hope direct mount 22mm disc calliper, which unfortunately here in Australia I couldn't get a hold off. I spent the $18 to get this very same A2Z adapter but couldn't for the life of me get it to fit under the seat stay. Mine was a 19" (Large). It might have something to do with the genesis geometry but I just couldn't get it to work.

If you want to try, you can PM me and I'll just send the adaptor for you to try, I don't need it any more. Postage from Australia might not be worth it though, but we'll see.
