Where is that shop in CH? I would like to visit one that stocks some Turners, here in Suisse Romande I don't come across a Turner often let alone see one in a shop.

El C, that one of your old bikes? I'm gonna take a guess based on the paint color and shape of the chainstay. 2002 Stinky Primo Those things are thick so it would take a bit of force to brake 'em.

I'd be surprised to see the HL's having any issues. This seems like the type of post that really needs pics to be taken seriously. Sorry c-dale to be so cynical, but knowing how burly those bikes are....a post like this without pics doesn't hold much weight.

Nah, not a Kona. That is the chainstay off my 2002 Giant AC air.
why just yesterday I saw a highline front triangle broken in half at both the top tube and the down tube!!!! It was in a bike shop here in the people's republic of boulder; the owner was just riding along the creek bike path when he had to engage in an evausive riding manuever to avoid riding over a prairie dog, He went off path, and ran over a twig he says. Frame snapped from the sudden impact!!!
Uh, no, I have no pics. Uh no, I have no way to substantiate my story. You should simply belief me based on faith. I wouldn't lie.
shop name?

We have not had a request for a new chainstay so what shop is it so we can get them taken care of if they have a warranty problem?

DT
You've seen "two or three" huh? Which is it?

Although with numbers that large I guess it's easy to lose track.

His reply might be: " It's hard to know how many chainstays it was. They were shattered into so many pieces!"
it was by suspensioncenter.ch maybe from a team riders rear... now hi tray a black swing arm...

Now the truth comes out! The bike didn't break it's the TEAM RIDER's REAR that broke, sheez
while we are are confident that turner bikes will take care of any warranty issue, something is fishy here. So ONE team rider has broken two or three chainstays, and DT hasn't heard about it yet? Where did the team rider get extra chainstays to begin with? Is that standard issue when you buy a highline, extra frame parts?:skep: .Turner bikes hasn't been informed of this, it takes some guy wandering into a bike shop to break the news to the world?:eekster: Excuse me for not believing you C-dale:nono:
"maybe from a team riders rear... "
So what we're saying is this came out of somebody's arse?

Sorry couldn't resist.:D

I'm sure DT will take care of it.
I believe him. Sometimes it takes an outsider to see the reality. After all, it was Bitter Bottoms who daringly blew the whistle on all the other short-comings Turner frames exhibit. :D
sorry guys i hafe ride a dhr and this rig rocks. but if i stay in the shop and on the bike-stand is a highline front triangle "alu row" with black swingarm and in the floor are a bunch broken raer pieces alu raw and they looks like the same black swingarm...!!
