I know the Nomads and BLT2s use a low clamp FD, and someone is offering to trade a high clamp XTR for a set of rotors that I got.

I'm already running a low clamp XT FD, and am just curious if going to high clamp XTR will actually reduce my shifting performance. What do you guys think?

The main reason I'm thinking of upgrading is that front shifts are effortless on my Top Fuel with a XTR FD and shifter. I have went to X0 shifters on my SRAM bikes, but I wonder if a XTR FD will improve the actuation feel.
