I am gettin a 1999 trek 7000 and wanna know stuff about it and what kind of parts I might want to upgrade I have heard the front dreailers arent very good so maybe ideas on what to get there and also cranks they are icon is that good? etc

How much are you paying for a 12yr old HT, is it a HT? I'd ride it first try to see what need to be replaced. Most likely refresh the bike with new cables and housing tune it up it should feel much better. I

this bike is 12 yrs old but looks 12 days old seriously
