....I'm gunna be up near Asheville, NC this weekend, and was wondering if you guys knoew of any good spots for FR up there. I know about all the great XC (Pisgah, Dupont, etc.) but was windering about finding some trails with some FR stuff on them. any info. is appreciated

post over on hickhucksters.com. That's about the only place with a significant amount of built stunts over in that area. For jumps you could hit swannanoa. Most of the guys are going to damascus to ride this weekend but there are usually people riding at the park.
