50 years old but act like 16.
short legs
after exhaustive research I settled on an se stout, size 17.5.
I gave it to my 15 year old thinking it would be a cinch finding another bike. bikesdirect has plenty of 29er SS but i'm a bit too heavy for an aluminum bike. I just stumbled upon the nashbar bee's knees. I love a steel bike and this is one pretty little bike.
is 27.5 the wave of the future? I don see a lot of tire choices in this size. is it a passing fancy? anybody here ride 27.5? anybody here ride this bike?
this bike will see about 50% around town fitness. 20% easy trail riding. 20% local errands and such. 10% spur of the moment dirt and grass and gravel roads.
any and all comments and suggestions welcome.
