If you look at the back of the bolt, you'll see it has a slotted head. These are the same as the bolts on most chainrings. You need either a dedicated tool like this Park model or a big flat screwdriver or two to keep it from turning to allow you to tighten it up with the allen/hex key on the other side.

hey guys! i was changing tires and then i noticed that the rear hook for the skewers where the rear derailleur of my frame has a little movement. i tried tightening it with a 5mm alen tool but the bolt just goes around with the tool. anyone here encountered this problem? movement is not as posted on the caption in the picture.. typo error! please help
