Hi everyone, first post!

i just purchased a used 2011 jamis XCR team (26) with a SID World Cup 100mm fork (thanks proscloset!). I'm only two rides in but right away I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to dial in the amount of plushness I'm looking for so I'm reaching out to you guys for suggestions. Right now I'm at 25 % sag and have neg pressure 15psi higher than pos and its still pretty harsh. After my downhill the ring indicates I was only using about 80% of the travel so I'm going to play with pressures some more.

On steering, it feels off also. The front feels really tall so it's slow to turn but then falls over quickly. I was having a hard time getting it to go where I wanted.

Can anyone recommend options? New fork? New internals? Would the CT3 be good for me? I thought about going to a 120mm fork and running it with a lot of sag? Not sure though cause the turning issue. I'm thinking the susp needs to be serviced but I'm hesitant to do it if I'm going to trade out for a new fork. Ahhhh, what to do
