Help With Disc Brakes on My Pitch Comp Please

I'm a Noob when it comes to disc brakes, the rear brake is constantly rubbing a bit, the rotor does not seem to be centered, it rubs on the left side of the brake calipers. How do I adjust this to get it centered?

give the lever a few pulls
loosen the two CPS bolts holding the caliper to the IS mount adapter thing.
hold down the brake lever
tighten the CPS bolts while still holding the lever down
done
