I have a Santa Cruz N4 2019 model with a Fox Factory 36 fork (27.5) . I am trying to setup mullet without changing the fork. I try with a 29inch wheel with 2.3 Maxxi DHF tyre. It’s just touch the fork crown bridge.

I hope to stick with 2.3 tyre. Can anyone suggest which model tyre have minimum tyre height? Cause I believe with 2.1 tyre will sure clear.
Try hard to search online, nothing came out.

Hope some1 can share some lights here.

If it touches while just spinning the wheel, it will really touch on a hard compression, when the tire deforms. A wider rim could square off the tire profile more, but you're going to be hard pressed to find a low enough profile 2.3 that will clear on compression as is.

I used to run a 27.5 wheel/2.3 tire on my 26" fork. It would clear with 3-4mm of space just sitting there, but would braaap on a hard compression. I'd bet your set up would catch pretty hard, if it already touches.

Guess the only solution is to get a 27.5+/29 fork.
