Hi all,

took my front wheel off to mount the bike on the roofrack yesterday. Somehow the front brake lever got squeezed and the brakepads came together. I now got the wheel back on but there's hardly any play on the lever. Any recommendations how I can fix this without bleeding the lines?
Thanks in advance.

Screwdriver...

Hey Arid,

Take a piece of card (cereal packet thickness), about 1inch by 2inch, fold it in half and put it between the pads fold first. Then take a big, fat screwdriver and push it carefully into the fold. Once it goes in enough to give you some leverage, push the pistons back into the caliper. Job done...
