Just finished rebuilding my '09 Reba SL 29. Everything went smoothly with the SRAM videos plus the tech manual. However, after installing the the lower legs, I find that I cannot tighten the right leg rebound shaft bolt to the rebound damper shaft more than finger tight. The bolt seems to be engaging the shaft a few threads then the shaft is simply turning as I turn the shaft bolt. The manual says to torque this bolt to 65 in/lbs. How do I do this? Is there something I'm missing or doing wrong?

Thanks, worked perfectly! I guess SRAM must have missed that step! They could also use a proof reader to catch contradicting oil volumes and torque specs in their 2009 tech manual.
