I just purchased a Giant Anthem 3 which has a Manitou R7 comp air fork and Manitou S-type SRL rear shock (neither have SPV). I've looked through the Manitou documentation and emailed their customer service, but haven't been able to get any guides as to setting the air pressure. Any recommendations (I weigh about 160 lbs.)?

I have the R7 platinum and run 70psi in it most of the time,i also weigh 160.

I, too, weigh 160. After all new fluids in my R7, I'm finding 70 psi to work well for me.

Have you tried just setting the sag yet? Around 2cm if you have the 100mm fork, 1.5cm for the 80mm?
