I am a beginner to the cycling world and am in need of advice. I want a bike for the purpose of exercising right now. I plan to buy a much better bike as I advance. A friend knows someone that in selling the Royce Union Seismic Pro 24 3783BX 21 speed. Is this a good bike? What would be a suitable price for this bike. Any assistance you can offer is greatly appreciated!

I don't know anything about this bike other than it's very low end, how much $$ were you planning on spending? (if you don't mind?)
