Ok gang, I think we would all agree that the latest lawsuit going on right now in Ontario is creating a great deal of fear and anxiety in all die hard mtb'rs!
This clown's greed and background ARE the only two reasons why he is suing!! This jack ass should stick to his desk while cleaning his nose with his dull pencil!
Over 5000 hectares of god given land (a gift for all outdoor enthusiasts) are at risk now because of this selfish bastards greed and background! I think the really problem here is his complete lack of understanding and respect for the sport itself and the people who depend on their outdoor recreation! Just imagine if this joker wins this suit! DO YOU ALL KNOW WHAT THIS WOULD MEAN! The kolapores could and probabaly will be closed down! If there was ever a time to all pitch in, it is now gang!!

Lets voice our concerns directly to this person who is driven by greed and excuses!! He is suing for 1,150,000 dollars. GOD, WHY DOES'NT THE LEGAL SYSTEM WAKE AND SMELL THE $%$%^&@ COFFEE!!

I WILL BE TRYING TO GET AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE AND NOT JUST IN CANADA. IF ANYONE CAN HELP OUT PLEASE SHARE YOUR KNOWLEDGE ON THIS SITE!! WE NEED TO STAND UP NOW MORE THEN EVER BEFORE!!

Who to write?

I agree that this is wrong, but wouldn't it be more effective to write someone who has influance to change the situation, like the local MP and MPP, even the town.

Writing the lawyer who is sueing will make him more upset and want to get revenge or push this case forward.

Writing the MP/MPP will get higher levels of goverment on our side.

Just a thought.

That's right, there is no paypal just yet. The trails management is being reorganized to include formally IMBA and cyclists in general. The URL www.kolaporeuplands.org will continue to be the online presence of this group, and it will have paypal at some point as the website grows and develops. In the meantime, a cheque in the mail and a (polite) email to Leone are helpful. As noted in the links above, there is no point in writing hate mail.
