I've installed a number of these in different bikes but can't recall all the specifics. By the specs, it's the one you need. You do need special wrenches. The flat stamped steel variety work but you have to be very careful and deliberate using them as they easily slip off the thin BB flanges. I'd highly recommend getting a socket type and maybe one flat type. Once the BB is installed, you can leave it in and only replace the bearings as needed.
