Help Me Spend Some Cash

I have a 2019 Salsa Timberjack (the lime green one) with the Judy Gold fork. Well, I leaned the bike up on the passenger side of my truck, was in a rush, jumped in backed up and over the front wheel. I originally thought it was a front wheel/rotor/brake replacement, but the hanger broke off of the fork tube, so I'm in it for that as well.
I was looking at a Reba RL as an upgrade, in that price point, 120mm travel as not to mess with the geometry, is that my best option?
I am 56, 6'3" 205# and ride pretty agressively for an older guy having come up racing in the days of John Tomac v. Ned Overand.
I saw a good deal on Sun Ringle Duroc 40mm front wheel on Blue Sky Cycling ($119), will still need a brake and disk which I might as well up grade as well.

Look at a Marzocchi Z2 or Manitou Machette which are both in the same price point. You also may want to check the used market. I scored a slightly used Fox 34 Rhythm for $300 not that long ago.

You can add up to or subtract 20 mm I f travel on the front fork. If you go up to 140 mm it will only raise the front about 1/4”.
And that 1/4" can be adjusted "out" by adding more sag, correct?
No!
Riding aggressively with a hardtail you cant ride with 30% sag, regardless the travel of the fork.

As I understand it, the 2019 Timberjack was sold with a 130mm Recon and has a steep 67.6° head tube angle and a reach of 480 in XL, so with 140mm it should handle better anyway.

I would recommend a Pike or Yari, depending on your budget.
It came with Judy Gold 120mm travel, do you think the Yari 150 would be too much of a change in head tube angle? You are correct in that i have an XL frame it's a 68* head tube angle, I run Bontrager 2.6 tires.

Sorry, but incorrect. A 20 mm longer fork raises the front about 15mm. Likewise you cannot just increase sag to compensate. All air springs have a curve, increasing sag (all other things being equal) increases the spring rate at sag and will lead to a stiffer ride.

After some exhaustive reading, I am leaning towards the Marzocchi Z2 in 140mm. A couple of questions about it though, I think the additional 20mm will be NBD in part because I ditched my 2.8 tires for the Bonetrager 2.6 which are a lower profile by about 3/8", but what about differing offsets? The Judy Gold is 42mm and the Z2 is 44, is that also NBD?

Please see above, so you would not recommend this and I should stick with the 120mm travel?

I would. The longer fork will slacken the seat tube, shorten reach, raise the bars, and raise the bottom bracket. That frame already has short chainstays relative to the bottom bracket. If you want the steering more relaxed, use an angleset.

Thanks man, I am definitely a greenhorn when it comes to the modern geometries.
That Z2 comes in 120mm so I'm set with that, will I notice the 2mm offset difference?

Nobody can feel 2mm of change in fork offset, most don’t notice any change from 51 to 44 offsets.
