Hello Folks,

I ride a Niner ROS with stock Schwalbe Nobby Nic 29 x 2.35 tire.

I want a tire that is a 2.4, rolls faster, can be ridden on trails, durable and asphalt.

I have been pulling a bike trailer lately on paved bike paths.

I'm on Long Island NY and the trails due have some sand. I usually walk through big sand patches.

I am more concerned about durability than weight and my set up is tubeless.

I bet the 2.35 Ikon is as big or bigger than the 2.35 Nobby Nic, but I'm not sure if it will roll any faster. If speed is really your thing, go with the new 2.35 Rekon Race. Both the Ikon and Rekon Race with EXO protection should be as, or more, durable than the Nobby Nic.
