I'd like to go to threadless setup on my 1990 Marin Team because I can't find any negative rise stems in 1 1/8th quill. By the time I order a custom negative rise quill stem, I'd be able to put a new rigid fork, headset, and stem.

But I'd like something cool. Preferably straight blade without the curvy lowers, but not a heavy dirt jump fork.

Where should I look?

I'll second the recommendation for the Kona P2. It's a pretty nice fork for the money. I've got one on my single speed, and it rides just fine.

The only negative thing about it is that the "lawyer tabs" (i.e. - wheel 'retention' tabs) are a bit large. I've been intending to grind mine off, but never seem to get around to it. Not a big deal though.

Your other options are things like Walt/Groovy/Igleheart forks, I'll let you Google and discover prices for yourself. Nice stuff if you've got the cash and patience.

I think I may go with the Civia Midtown fork. Canti. 395mm Fork to Crown. $85. Straight blade.

P2 is cheap and lighter though.
