Help me find a riser bar.

I am looking for a DH riser bar. 31.8mm dia would be best, but I can use shims if I have to. The problem is that I can't find a bar with more than 2.5 inches of rise. I'm looking for a 3 to 4 inch rise. Can anyone help me find one?

Club Roost makes a 75mm rise bar in aluminum. If you can do steel Beyond Bikes lists a few hi rise steel bars.
