Theres a trail near my house with a section of trail that goes up really steep then has about 3-4 feet of flat then goes back down really steep. It's flat on both sides of the steep parts so i can't get enough speed to make the gap. Ideas on how to get enough speed? I'll get some pics up soon

those flat things on the end of your crank arms are called "pedals" now what you want to do is, make those "pedals" go around in circles as fast as you can.....

Tie a 35 foot rope to either your bars,waist, or neck, then tie the other end to your buddys truck, have him pull u up to speed

Speed

Best way to clear a gap!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First- Take a dump to loose weight.
Second- don't eat for 3 days, only drink water.
Third- Snort 18 lines of speed.
Fourth. Pedal like hell towards the gap.
Fifth- Full the [email protected]$k up
Sixth- Land
