Help finding XT lever reach inserts??

Does anyone know where I can pick up one of these inserts?

They're from the XT M739 type of brake lever. They are a plastic half-moon shape and have a small screw holding them in from the back.

Here's a pictures of the lever with both inserts:

And here's the lever with the missing insert:

If you know where I can get one or have one you'd like to sell, please let me know.

Thanks!

Btw, those inserts don't affect the lever reach. They change the leverage ratio and makes your brakes grab harder for the same force at the lever.
The lever reach is that little screw on the inside of the lever towards the stem. Those are leverage adjusters like CharT said. I had a set but took them out and lost them.

Yeah, you're right of course, and I have used the set screws to adjust the reach. This is my second set of these levers and I love them--I've had one set on my NRS for 4 years or so. I recently picked up this other set on eBay for my SS and and the one lever is missing one of the leverage adjustment thingies. This wouldn't be a big deal at all except that the lever makes a little "click" every time I pull it as the cable end moves back and forth in the opening.

It looks like skywaybuzz is going to get me setup, so thanks to him and everyone who replied.

Regards,

Jerry
