now what?...when trying to remove my wheel the DT Swiss lever unscrewed itself from the axle...the axle is now stuck inside hub/frame

this has got to be the worst design ever...am I missing something here?

fyi in case this happens to anyone else...

blue thread locker wasn't strong enough...red thread locker worked to hold the lever in place so that I could unscrew the axle, all good!

Im thinking maybe i cranked the axle too tight? how tight do you crank down the rear axle usually?

I crank mine down until it stops. But I can see that when removing, the handle might unscrew from the axel. Didn't know it was designed that way, but I guess that's how it is made. I always thought they were solid all the way thru, but I guess the handle part is screwed on just like hte bolt end. At least it's secure when you have it on.
