I have a kona kula 29 which is desogned for 80mm but i would prefer 100mm how do I acheive this without adversely affecting geometry

It might even improve handling, depending on what your preferences are, or turn out to be.

To keep handling somewhat similar in terms of quickness, get a 44mm offset 100mm fork. RST, Fox, Manitou, I think several offer it now.
