Getting ready to buy a Heckler frame and build it up. What front derailleur do I need?

Front Derailleur = 34.9mm (Tp/Ts)
I'm building up mine, Bought an '04 Leftover two weeks ago. Slowly picking up parts on the DL. ssshhh! Don't tell the wifey!
