Headset Suggestions

I believe the cups on my current headset may be too wide for the top crown on my new fork, so it affects steering. I am going to check out whats going on and try and fix it before I go ahead and buy a new headset.

If I must, I am in the market for a new headset. Cup size can be normal (The ones on my current are pretty wide)

I may spring for a Chris King, but want to know if there are good, cheaper solutions
Things I want to keep in mind:
Durability
Low Maintanince
Set-it-forget-it

Suggestions are appreciated, thanks!

I've got a Pig DH with deep cups.
FSA Pig DH Pro seems just for me, but deep cups or standard?
I have a KING STEELSET on my bike and is set and forget. I know there are conflict issues with some mono frames though.
